Join us in leading the cause. Speech Momi Inc is hiring and promoting qualified candidates within the field of Speech Language Pathology. SLPs will evaluate and treat clients ages Pre-K to 70+, review medicinal reports, audit client POCs, work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary providers (ABA, OT, PT, EI, School Psychologists, Instructors), conduct interdisciplinary workshops, monitor trainings, and assist administrative staff across all disciplines. 

The ideal candidates will: 1. Evaluate, treat and provide services that increase the promotion of expressive, receptive, cognitive and auditory processing skills, 2. Possess knowledge and experience in administering standardized screeners and tests (CELF-5, DAYC-2, EVT-3, PPVT-5, GFTA-3, CASL-2, OWLS-II, Rossetti, E-LAP, TOPL-2, PLSI, CAPS, TOPF, CLQT, NLM), 3. Appropriately counsel, coach and guide administrators, caregivers and inter-disciplinary staff in their areas of specialty, 4. Embody family-centered values reflective of the company's mission statement, 5. Work collaboratively in diverse settings and 6. Demonstrate a high degree of comfort, utilizing treatment strategies in virtual and F2F fora.

Title of Position: Speech Therapist

Job Description:

Utilizes patient-family centered, evidence-based practice as a foundation for patient care. Performs skilled evaluations and formulates an individualized treatment plan for meeting or exceeding identified rehabilitation needs. Interventions are outcomes focused and consistent with best practices and policies. Will see patients across the lifespan for all appropriate rehabilitative diagnoses. Practice areas include, but are not limited to: Communication, Cognition, Feeding/Swallowing, Voice, AAC. Actively participates in all aspects of the rehabilitation process as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Adapts to changing environment to meet patient and department needs. Supports OMH Mission, Vision, and Values. 

Graduate of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology. North Carolina license to practice Speech-Language Pathology. New graduates in the process of completing their Clinical Fellowship Year must hold a temporary licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. BLS certification. Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing is preferred. Conditions of employment include successful reference checks, pre-employment health screens, and criminal background checks.
